Service Description

Reflexology achieves inner balance by enabling deep relaxation, however it can help people with symptoms of illness by communication with related reflexed throughout the body. I will use specific techniques on feet hands or ears to give you the best chance of a reduction in some particular health issues . Reflexology has been found by some people to help reduce their migraines, menopause symptoms , constipation/ IBS symptoms, reduce pain to name but a few . ( reflexologists do not claim to diagnose or treat illness , but help the body with natural healing through touch . Children and babies only need a short session as reflexology works more quickly for them .

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the total appointment cost. (please call to let me know if you have an urgent issue and the fee will be discretionary)
