What a beautiful treatment - thank you so much Kathy for your gentle care and empathic touch. I loved the stress buster and came out feeling light and lifted from the reflexology, massage, Indian head treatment and all the wonderful oils. What a gem of a business in our little village. I can’t recommend Kathy enough - if you haven’t been yet - don’t hesitate. I plan to be a regular!

Kathy is friendly and professional and I would highly recommend for Reflexology. I have now attended Calderdale Therapy 5 times for 90 minute sessions of reflexology and they are so wonderfully relaxing. I understand reflexology can help with certain problems but I like to go just for the feel of calm and balance it gives me.

First time visit to Calderdale Therapies and very impressed!
My neck & shoulder was very tense and stiff and I definitely felt more relaxed after a wonderful neck & back massage.Lovely, comfortable atmosphere with soothing background music adds to the session. Would certainly recommend & I shall be returning.

Ooooof Kathy is good - she is kind and calm and just being in her presence is enough to relax you! Her treatments are bespoke to your needs and the environment is very relaxed. Fallen asleep in all of my treatments - highly recommend!

Clean, professional & welcoming. I was very well taken care of during my full body massage which set me up for a tough week ahead. I am so glad Calderdale Therapies is so local to me - I will 100% return again & again. Thank you.

Kathy is warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable about reflexology. I had a wonderful treatment and have found that regular appointment have been very beneficial

I had a beautiful massage with Kathy today. I was made to feel very welcome in a beautiful room. Every thing felt and smelt amazing. I’ve never been so relaxed! I will definitely be making it a regular thing. Thank you so much!

I’d been struggling with foot pain for a number of years & after numerous visits to the local GP, Hospital for blood tests, X- rays, and a cancelled appointment with a Podiatrist due to the pandemic all of which resulted with no real with a Podiatrist due to the pandemic all of which resulted with no real indication of what was causing the issues.
So as a last resort I contacted Kathy who agreed to meet me to discuss Reflexology techniques that may help relieve/reduce some of the pain.
After an initial assessment & discussion she methodically began to target certain areas using oils and massage techniques over a 4 week period coinciding with a rearranged appointment with a Podiatrist, correct anti inflammatory drugs I am virtually pain free.
So if you relate to what I have gone through then don’t hesitate to get in touch with Kathy you won’t go far wrong.

Had a variety of treatments here, most recently an afternoon of treatments and refreshments with a friend. Always come away relaxed, Kathy goes above and beyond, highly recommended

The best! I had a reflexology treatment and literally floated home afterwards - Kathy is amazing and makes you feel very relaxed. Also provided aftercare advise.
