Service Description

The session starts with a seaweed based salt foot soak , then moving to the couch a soothing back massage using hot stones and Ishga seaweed muscle oil. Your legs will then be massaged with the warm bamboo in stimulating waves taking any tension away from your muscles. When you have turned over the face mask will be applied and will remain while your arm massage takes place . This will be followed by removal of the face mask, facial massage and warm towels . The final touch is the reflexology lymph drainage technique on the feet using hot pebbles . ( any part of the treatment can be adjusted and changed according to preference )
